A wellness program focused on nutrition and workouts with my guidance

4 weeks or 12 weeks in length

Includes:

  • Weekly check-ins via E-Mail with Specific Questions, Photos, & Measurements
  • Macronutrients calculated and provided with specific fat, carb, protein intake adjusted as needed to reach goals (Macro ranges offered, please indicate this on your forms)
  • Lifting program to be used for 4 weeks (adjusted every 4 weeks for 12 week plans)
  • Cardio provided based on goals and adjusted as needed to reach goals
  • Access to Team BShaeFit support group on Facebook

 

B Positive 

A more holistic approach with a focus on goals beyond just physical health goals (addresses all life areas)

4 weeks or 12 weeks in length

Includes:

  • Weekly check-ins via E-Mail with Specific Questions only (no photos or measurements) as well as Weekly 30 minute scheduled phone calls as needed 
  • A general nutrition guide using a more mindful and intuitive thought process
  • Workout program to be used for 4 weeks (adjusted every 4 weeks for 12 week plans)
  • Focus on improvement of physical, mental, and spirtual wellbeing 
  • Access to Team BShaeFit support group on Facebook

 

B Nutritious 

Programs focused on improving nutritonal intake to reach health and fitness goals 

3 options available

 

One time macronutrient calculation

Includes:

  • One time calculation based on specific questions regarding clients history and goals
  • Access to Team BShaeFit support group on Facebook

 

Does not include:

  • Check-ins, meal plan, or workouts

 

4 week meal plan program 

Includes:

  • Weekly check-ins via E-Mail with Specific Questions, Photos, & Measurements
  • Meal guide provided based on client's macronutrient needs 
  • Food items are divided by macronutrient type and provided on tables
  • Client is provided an allotted number of food items to choose from off each table to create meals for each day
  • Access to Team BShaeFit support group on Facebook

 

Does not include:

  • Meals written out in a list (i.e.; 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats dry, 5 strawberries) 
    •  Client learns how to create meals by choosing off tables
  • Custom food selections - foods have been pre-set on tables based on their macro value

6 week macronutrient program or transition to mindful eating habits

Includes:

  • Weekly check-ins via E-Mail with Specific Questions, Photos, & Measurements unless Client is transitioning to a mindful approach to eating - then photos, measurements, and weight are not monitored. 
  • If applicable; Macronutrients calculated and provided with specific fat, carb, protein intake OR ranges and adjusted as needed to reach goals if applicable for macronutrient plan. The mindful approach is less structured and guided differently.

  • 2 sets of workouts that include lifting and cardio based upon clients goals
