There are several studies that show that anyone who exercises should be taking a good daily multiple vitamin and mineral supplement, to make sure that first of all they're not suffering from any marginal deficiencies and secondly as a preventative measure for some conditions and diseases.

Digestive enzymes and probiotics
One way to improve digestion is using Apple Cider Vinegar in the mornings prior to eating. You can mix with water and lemon if desired, there are several ways listed online. If you are already “regular” then do not try this method!
Probiotics and digestive enzymes are great.

What are Digestive Enzymes?
Digestive enzymes are proteins produced in the body that split up food molecules into their smaller building blocks for easy absorption into your bloodstream, where they can nourish your entire body. Different types of enzymes break down the various foods that travel through your G.I. tract.
